If liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own device, backups, and how you use the products.

Calcium Lab retains all rights in the website, branding, and software, except where rights are explicitly granted to you.
